Job Summary
Set up, operate, and inspect moulders to ensure products meet quality standards. Monitor production to verify work on assigned machines and accurately complete all related documentation. Follow safety procedures and rules while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude. Assist in training others as requested and cooperate with co-workers to promote teamwork. This role includes hands-on physical therapy and offers a collaborative environment with world-class safety records.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent education
- 6 months+ of related machine operating experience
- Ability to read prints and measuring instruments
- Ability to perform detailed work that requires high levels of concentration
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality
- Monday – Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Potential Friday hours if overtime is required
- Foreston, Minnesota
