Mould Store Controller

Conduct all minor services on moulds including pin and bush replacement, o-ring changes, sandblasting, and cutting edge repairs. Drain, clean, and lubricate moulds post-production while ensuring vent channels are cleared. Maintain service records, control spare inventory, and manage tool ordering with the Processing Specialist. Ensure timely mould storage, transport, and handover documentation to meet production schedules. Clear moulds from the production floor within 24 hours after changes and perform neck changes prior to runs. Receiving moulds from external couriers and verifying their condition. Requires N4 Mechanical Engineering degree with five years of FMCG maintenance experience.
