Job Summary
Maintain, overhaul, and repair motor industrial vehicles, automobiles, and power generating sets in accordance with approved maintenance plans. Check and maintain hydraulic systems, under-chassis components, and automotive systems, immediately repairing or replacing defective parts. Submit lists of required parts to the Maintenance Planner with correct specifications and log all maintenance activities to ensure schedule compliance. Attends to emergency repairs and night calls while establishing and maintaining a good housekeeping program to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO standards. Report problems related to food safety and quality management to identified authorities.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate with units in vocational/technical course on auto mechanic
- At least three (3) years experience as an driver/auto mechanic
- Mechanical skills
- Knowledgeable on internal combustion engines
- Ability to undertake general trouble shooting for plant vehicles and machinery
- Adaptability skills in tapping the fast changing technologies on automotive field
- Reliable knowledge on hydraulic circuitry of vehicles and forklifts
