Job Summary
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency. Conduct diagnostic procedures using electronic diagnostic equipment to determine problem sources and test-drive vehicles to verify components. Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and battery installations. Manage paperwork for customer and internal records while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires a reliable technician with at least one year of automotive experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights up to 25 feet. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record and possess computer literacy. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience or related training
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights of 25 feet or more
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- 18 years of age or older

- Experience in both front and back of parts counter
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Strong math and reading comprehension skills
- General understanding of various functions of a distribution center
- Ability to use a forklift or willingness to be certified within 90 days of hire
- Warehouse experience and material handling equipment experience
- Computer-literate with the ability to learn and become proficient in any software program
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
