Job Summary
Certified Motorcycle Technician needed to perform factory-authorized maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, troubleshoot engines, electrical systems, suspensions, transmissions, and drivetrains to Harley-Davidson factory standards, complete performance tuning and accessory installations with expert precision, conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure factory specifications and safety, execute warranty and recall repairs with proper documentation, accurately document all work in the dealership's repair order system, maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace, collaborate with service advisors and parts department for timely completion, stay current with Harley-Davidson factory training and new model releases, and uphold Harley-Davidson standards.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Motorcycle Technician
- Graduate of MMI or UTI motorcycle program or equivalent formal motorcycle technician training
- Harley-Davidson experience strongly preferred
- Valid motorcycle endorsement on driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening
