Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles by performing scheduled maintenance, inspecting for mechanical issues, and test riding when necessary for diagnosis and quality control. Complete repairs efficiently while following dealership and manufacturer procedures, working collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to maintain a clean, safe work area. Maintain a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with a valid motorcycle driver's license and ability to qualify for a Maryland Inspector License. Previous experience with BMW, Ducati, Honda, or Triumph brands is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience repairing motorcycles, powersports vehicles, or automobiles
- Technical training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Valid motorcycle driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to qualify for a Maryland Inspector License
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and understand technical information and repair procedures
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform physical repair work
- Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, or other motorcycle brands
- Powersports or dealership service experience
