Job Summary
Complete repair work in line with job cards and repair instructions, confirming pre-checks and correct parts before commencing mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs. Identify, document, and escalate issues spotted during the process, providing feedback to the Vehicle Damage Assessor team where required. Maintain accountability for parts fitted or removed, dispose of damaged components appropriately, and conduct quality checks on your own work while completing Technician QC documentation. Present completed vehicles for Quality Control inspection and accurately log all repair activities to maintain productivity and quality. Collaborate closely with Specialist Repair and Paint teams throughout the repair lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Previous motorcycle repair experience (any brand)
- Relevant technician or mechanical experience
- Specialist knowledge of at least one motorcycle brand
- A methodical, logical approach to problem-solving
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid experience working on vehicles (motorcycle or automotive)
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Location: Egham

Desired Qualifications
- A Master Technician qualification (desirable)
