Job Summary
Seeking a Motorcycle Sales Associate/Fit Specialist to enhance customer experience, sell Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and work closely with the sales team to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products
- Applicable experience in big ticket retail sales
- Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner
- Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
- High energy level needed
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Great customer service, excellent personal communication, and demonstrated closing skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, Holidays, and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of applicable laws/policies/principles/etc.
- Experience using various Google Drive applications
- Experience with CRM and/or computerized inventory systems
