Job Summary
Parts Counter Person duties include helping retail customers select and purchase Motorcycle Parts and Accessories, ordering and stocking parts, obtaining parts for repair technicians, answering requests for parts information, developing relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals, proactively reaching out to customers via text, email, and calls (with emphasis on new bike buyers and new riders), and maintaining organized, attractive counters and displays. Requires Saturday availability, parts experience (preferably motorcycle-related), strong phone manners, computer skills, excellent communication and customer service, cashier/data entry experience, legal work authorization in the U.S., and successful completion of background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Parts experience is required preferably motorcycle experience
- Good telephone manners and computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening
