Job Summary
Operate various charters throughout the province, including school field trips and BHP employee transportation to the Jansen mine site. Drive safely and responsibly across all road conditions while ensuring compliance with Hours of Service. Perform pre-and-post trip checks, fuel the coach, and complete all applicable paperwork. This part-time role offers approximately 10–20 hours per week with flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Candidates must hold a Class 1A driver's license and possess superior navigation skills. Southland Transportation values effective communication, patience, and a calm, helpful manner in its drivers.
Required Qualifications
- Class 1A driver's license
- Previous motorcoach experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Organized, punctual, and reliable
