Job Summary
Deliver technical advice, service, and maintenance for Ford and other brand vehicles while conducting vehicle inspections and repairs in accordance with approved procedures. Maintain comprehensive records, manage administrative processes, and ensure all work adheres to legislative, corporate, and manufacturer standards. Assist senior and master technicians, support junior team members through coaching and development, and uphold a supportive culture aligned with client principles. Commit to ongoing learning and development to maintain high technical standards across the dealership network.
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration and paperwork
- Have previous Automotive Technician experience
- Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
- Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally you will also have an MOT Testing qualification and some main dealership experience
