Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of MSD equipment, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and provide on-site repair and support for Mass Spectrometry Detector systems. Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction while maintaining accurate records of service visits and equipment status. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently, with a pay range of $30.00 to $45.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an MSD Field Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of MSD systems and equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
