Job Summary
Motor Network Operations Manager responsible for delivering client SLA’s, managing repairers across a designated area, onboarding network repairers to provide optimum coverage and repair capacity, and overseeing operational performance. Responsibilities include monitoring performance of repairers, ensuring data requirements and reporting are met, maintaining compliance and documentation, developing strategies to improve repairer performance using balance scorecard and action plans, building relationships with repairers, attending client meetings and liaising with clients, enhancing the business profile within and outside the repair network, and assisting in customer complaint resolution. Role supports remote/home-based work within the UK and is part of Activate Group’s Network Operations Team, with opportunities for development and progression.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Experience of implementing and improving processes and procedures.
- Analytical skills with the ability to find solutions with data.
- Background in collision repair sector.
- Knowledge of collision repair process and methods.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
