Job Summary
Examine and diagnose Motor Homes and large trucks, then discuss repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor. Communicate additional service requests, plan work cooperatively, and provide labor estimates while monitoring repair time and updating the service advisor. Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation, complete documentation for client repairs, and assist in mentoring technician trainees. Attend company and factory training to keep current with technical bulletins and follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal. This role offers a flexible work schedule with 401K, health, dental, and disability insurance. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Operator Driver License
- State Inspection License
- Dot Inspection License
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
- Commitment to relentless customer satisfaction
