Job Summary
Conduct first notification and claim registration for motor claims, ensuring accurate data capture and efficient triage from initial contact through to claim allocation. Liaise with policyholders, brokers, and internal experts to assess claim information, issue documentation, and maintain high-quality records. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering an outstanding customer experience and promoting relevant support services.

- Confident using databases and IT systems
- Strong data entry and record management capabilities
- Able to assess information, identify appropriate next steps and make informed decisions within agreed processes

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience within insurance, broking, claims handling or a customer-focused environment
- APA qualification, or working towards APA
- Understanding of motor claims processes, policy structures and claims classifications
