Job Summary
Assemble motors and components using work instructions, drawings, and specifications while performing basic mechanical and electrical testing to ensure products meet standards. Operate manufacturing equipment, including winding machines, test stations, and spray systems, and read blueprints to complete assembly tasks. Collaborate within a production cell under guidance to support quality standards and follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations. Handle materials properly to prevent damage and complete required documentation throughout the production process.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
- Good written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety procedures
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Familiarity with motor assembly or electromechanical products
- Experience operating production or testing equipment
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship
- Must be in your current position for a minimum of 12 months
- Must be a 'U.S. Person' or qualify for a license that permits them to hold the position
