Job Summary
Provide direct clinical treatment using Motivational Interviewing (MI) with families and youth in home-based settings. Manage a caseload of 5-6 families over 8 to 26 weeks (3 to 6 months), with flexible evenings/weekends. Receive MI training, conduct thorough client and family assessments, develop case plans and evaluate progress, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development. Must hold a BSW or related degree, with 2+ years in behavioral health preferred, and apply evidence-based MI models to empower families and youth to achieve positive changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) (or closely related degree in Human Services).
- Two years’ experience in behavioral health preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in providing individual and family service delivery utilizing evidence-based treatment models.
