Job Summary
Managerial role overseeing store operations in a tanning/wellness retail environment. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for staff and customers; achieving self-performance and team metrics; analyzing daily sales data to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal compliance; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, and maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires participation in a 5-week manager-training course and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; high school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation; and ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
