Job Summary
Motivated Manager (Sales) responsible for supervising store staff, hiring and developing employees, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics and helping staff meet theirs, analyzing daily sales data to maximize sales, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and providing exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, at least 18 years old, 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods and lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent; Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
