Job Summary
Conduct night-time train operator training with Senai, covering theoretical, technical, and behavioral disciplines including safety norms. Complete a four-month program held at the Senai Mariano Ferraz unit near Vila Leopoldina station, requiring availability from 18:30 to 22:30 Monday through Friday and select Saturdays. The course targets residents of surrounding regions to prepare candidates for the Trainee role on Lines 4, 5, 8, and 9 of the SP metro system. Applicants must hold a complete High School diploma and a Category B driver's license (CNH). Upon course completion, 100% of approved female students are employed in existing opportunities within six months.
