Job Summary
Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content supporting strategic marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement programs. Design a broad range of creative assets across digital, print, social media, web, presentations, and events while developing visual stories that simplify complex financial concepts. Leverage AI-powered creative tools for concept development, image generation, video production, and workflow optimization to maintain brand consistency. Collaborate with the creative team to extend campaign concepts and produce scalable templates that streamline production. Ensure all deliverables align with Kyriba's brand standards and contribute to creative innovation and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in motion design, multimedia design, graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across motion graphics, animation, branding, digital marketing, print design, and visual storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to create both static and motion-based creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience designing for multiple mediums, including digital, web, social media, presentations, video, events, and print production
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools as part of the design, animation, video production, or content creation process
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and design systems across both static and motion applications
- Experience with AI-generated imagery, video generation, prompt development, and emerging creative technologies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional creative standards and meeting deadlines
- Must have an online portfolio demonstrating strong motion design, visual design, and creative storytelling work
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Film Production, or a related field preferred
