Motion Designer – Social Media / Social Ads (m/w/d)

Conceive and create high-quality motion designs for social ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Collaborate closely with the graphics and video teams to develop holistic creative concepts while driving the visual evolution of our advertising materials. Experiment with new styles, techniques, and tools to maintain relevance, and provide constructive feedback to continuously elevate project quality. Manage project timelines to deliver reliable, first-class results. This role requires native German proficiency, an office-first location in Munich, and a proactive mindset for continuous learning within a high-performance creative team working on E-commerce brands in food, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.
