Job Summary
Showcase Plaud's products and brand across digital and real-world touchpoints through animation and video. Create sophisticated, high-impact marketing assets including key visuals for campaigns spanning websites, email, social media, events, and ad channels. Develop compelling visual narratives that convey brand story and complex product features using storyboard skills. Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive branding, awareness, and conversion while optimizing content for various platforms. Stay current on design trends and technologies, applying AI video and static image generation to innovate visual approaches. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Suite, AfterEffects, and Premiere, with a focus on 2D motion design and software functionality animations.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience creating iconic design & animation for brands
- Bachelor's degree or higher in design, visual communication, motion design, Video editing, art or film
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, AfterEffects, Premiere, Photoshop, AI video generation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to present and sell in your design thinking
- Firm grasp of brand identity, visual systems, templated design workflows
- Advanced conceptual (visual verbal) thinking
- Ability to leverage AI to empower creative workflows
Desired Qualifications
- Experience creating 2D motion design in Afx, delivering artful design techniques and aesthetics as animations that clarify software features and functionality
- Experience with in-house motion design needs, including animations that explain software functionality in clear, clean design thinking
- Foundation in video capture, gear, lighting, shoot management
- Quick grasp of new technologies, esp AI video and image generation
