Job Summary
Motion Designer with 3-5 years of proven experience to create and deliver graphic assets for multiple services within the Growth of Offers, producing mainly video formats (motion design and editing) and occasionally static visuals. Responsible for campaigns 360 promotion, brand charter adherence, adapting messages and visuals to digital platforms, maintaining the shared asset bank, and collaborating across cross-functional teams in Paris within a Studio setup under a fixed-term contract. Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva; strong knowledge of digital marketing formats and platform guidelines; autonomous, creative, and capable of contributing visually compelling campaigns across social, CRM, paid media, and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years proven experience as Motion Designer
- expertise in motion graphics and video editing
- proficient with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva
- strong understanding of digital marketing codes for social networks, CRM, paid media
- knowledge of entertainment/TV/media sector is a plus
- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, maintain high visual quality
- autonomous, rigorous, adaptable to fast-paced multi-project environment
- location: Paris, France; hybrid remote work arrangement
