Motion Designer (Creative Production)

Job Summary
Create short, high-impact videos up to two minutes for Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok by combining AI-generated footage with motion design. Generate and iterate ideas with the marketing team to enhance message clarity, then perform retrospective analyses of ad performance to refine creative approaches. Use AI tools like Sora, Veo, Kling, and Runway for video generation, enhancement, and ideation while continuously experimenting with new technologies to push production boundaries. Analyze competitors' ads and social trends to stay ahead of worldwide creative patterns, testing new effects and workflows to improve efficiency. Work within an agile environment, adapting between squads to develop expertise across different campaign types.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ year of work experience in a similar position
- Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro
- A solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing
- Experience working with AI tools for creative production (e.g. image/video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation)
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to create visuals that clearly communicate a marketing message
- A modular approach to editing: treating creative iteration like building blocks — analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements to drive results
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
- Attention to detail, strong self-organization, and time management
- Basic skills in Figma
Desired Qualifications
- A big plus: experience creating AI-generated micro-dramas — short, story-driven vertical videos with consistent characters and scenes
- Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals before they peak
- Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles
- Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration
- Experience in creative ideation for fitness and wellness products
