Motion Designer and Video Editor

Job Summary
Design and produce polished, on-brand creative assets for paid social, display, email, and digital campaigns, prioritizing motion graphics for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Adapt and scale these assets across formats while utilizing generative imagery and video tools to support ideation and production efficiency. Collaborate with copywriters to bring scripts to life through motion, manage projects using Monday.com, and mentor junior designers to raise team output quality. This role sits within Experian's In-House Creative Studio, a fast-moving environment focused on performance marketing outcomes. You will flex creative styles to deliver platform-native short-form video content and present design decisions with confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer
- Portfolio demonstrating delivery of real-world assets
- Confident filming, capturing shots and assembling short-form video content for digital and social channels
- Good video editing skills
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience using AI throughout the creative process
- Experience using Figma within a collaborative creative workflow
- Experience creating assets for performance marketing
- Understanding of how creative impacts results
- Ability to flex creative style to deliver social-first, platform-native content across short-form video channels
- Good understanding of the benefits and limitations of generative imagery and video
- Hybrid working - 40% office based
