Job Summary
Coordinate all internal and external customer repairs with vendors, processing incoming Return Material Authorizations, failure analyses, and Material Review Board requests. Request external vendor RMAs and ensure OEM customer failure analysis response requirements are satisfied. Report issues requiring Non-Conformance or Corrective/Preventative Actions to designated staff and maintain continuous communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding repair status. Manage the Repair and MRB portal, determine warranty status, and create or issue sales orders, purchase orders, or shippers related to repairs. Process credit returns, rebills, and collections for credit card orders, while conducting purchasing activities as needed. Reports metrics to management and maintains excellent supplier quality ratings on vendor scorecards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Self-starter capable of juggling multiple priorities and involving stakeholders when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics SL and Sharepoint
