Job Summary
Assign the correct product to specific orders and manage the daily flow of products and parts for order fulfillment. Release work orders and schedule departments to ensure timely shipping while handling ship and backorder determinations. Enter and receive transfers, check for material outages, and communicate with sales, procurement, and supervisors regarding order status. Provide system training as required and serve as the primary contact for specific customers to meet their needs. This role supports inventory control and material shortage resolution within Motion's global auto parts network.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Two (2) or more years of related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to manage complex accounts
- Background in scheduling
- Familiarity with procurement
