Mother Teacher - Grade 1 and 2

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines while creating a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs, providing additional support or enrichment as necessary. Assess student progress regularly through various methods, offering constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians. Maintain open communication with families regarding achievements and concerns, and collaborate with colleagues and administrators to foster a supportive educational community. Engage in ongoing professional development, faculty meetings, and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of best practices.
