Mother's Day Out Teacher

Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment for children enrolled in the weekday program. Supervise children according to established ratios while implementing provided curriculum and daily lesson plans. Lead age-appropriate activities including learning centers, crafts, play, music, and Bible time to introduce foundational biblical truths. Model Christian character, kindness, and positive behavior management techniques. Assist with snack time, restroom needs, and basic childcare routines while collaborating with co-teachers to ensure smooth classroom flow. Communicate professionally with parents during drop-off and pick-up, and report any concerns regarding behavior or development to the MDO Director. This role operates Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am-2pm, for 12 hours per week, supporting River City Community Church's mission of more people living real life by following Jesus.
