Mother Baby Nurse Manager (Postpartum RN Manager)

Oversee daily operations, staffing coordination, and patient care delivery within the Mother Baby/Postpartum unit. Lead the nursing team through mentoring, coaching, performance management, and operational support while collaborating with physicians, lactation specialists, and interdisciplinary departments. Support patient safety, quality improvement, and satisfaction initiatives by ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices and assisting with policy development and workflow optimization. Manage employee engagement, retention, onboarding, and staff development within a 22-bed unit serving approximately 15 daily patients. This leadership role reports directly to the Director of Women's Services in a high-acuity regional women's and children's referral environment.
