Job Summary
Supervise MOT crews, coordinate trucking, and oversee traffic control setup and removal including lane closures and flagging operations. Ensure proper PPE use, load necessary tools and materials, and verify task details with project points of contact before operations. Maintain a clean worksite, transport equipment using company vehicles, and complete daily paperwork including DHA forms and truck inspections. Report equipment loss or low inventory, collaborate with customers to secure work zones, and install ground-mounted traffic signs. This role requires FDOT Advanced MOT Certification or ATSSA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and extended shifts of 10+ hours. Based in Pembroke Pines covering South Florida with travel required.
Required Qualifications
- FDOT Advanced MOT Certification or ATSSA certification
- Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in traffic control, MOT operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and extended shifts (10+ hours)
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening
