Job Summary
Supervise MOT crews, ensuring proper PPE use, tool loading, and adherence to safety best practices during traffic control setups and removals. Coordinate trucking with drivers to complete assigned project tasks while maintaining a clean worksite and adjusting strategies based on site conditions. Transport equipment and signs using company vehicles, ensuring all DHA forms, daily logs, and truck inspections are completed and submitted daily. Report equipment loss, damage, and low inventory to management, and install ground-mounted traffic signs as needed. This role requires FDOT Advanced MOT Certification or ATSSA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and extended shifts (10+ hours).
Required Qualifications
- FDOT Advanced MOT Certification

- Valid Driver's License

- Previous supervisory or lead experience in traffic control, MOT operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform physical labor including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and extended shifts (10+ hours)
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) review
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screening
