Job Summary
Field + leadership hybrid role running mosquito and tick control routes, delivering perimeter pest treatments, and mentoring technicians. Responsibilities include assessing properties for breeding sites and environmental factors, educating homeowners on prevention, building customer relationships, coordinating schedules and optimizing routes, training and supporting other technicians, monitoring equipment and inventory, identifying issues early, and pursuing referrals to grow the business. Strong communication, safety focus, and ownership of work are essential; role offers growth into a full-time, year-round position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NJ driver\'s license with clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle backpack sprayer (up to 60 lbs)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
