Job Summary
Mosquito/pest control technician and holiday lighting installer with opportunities for advancement. Travel to client homes/businesses to survey properties, apply larvicide to standing water, perform barrier treatments with a backpack sprayer, install/remove/store holiday lighting, and maintain lighting through the season. Involves participation in marketing initiatives, climbing ladders, and outdoor, autonomous work. Training and licensing processes begin at hire; company provides a franchise-based start-up in Madison, WI with meaningful compensation, bonus/commission opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a company van.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
- Be comfortable driving throughout the workday
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Possess excellent communication & customer service skills
- Excel in a position of independence & responsibility
- Be ok with heights of 3 stories or less
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
