Mosquito Control Field Technician

Mosquito Hunters Field Technicians apply mosquito and general pest control treatments to residential and commercial properties using backpack blowers, handheld sprayers, and related equipment. They inspect properties for mosquito breeding sites and pest activity, survey landscapes, and recommend solutions to maximize treatment effectiveness. The role requires following safety procedures (EPA labeling, OSHA standards, state requirements, PPE), completing timely documentation, and maintaining a professional image with customers. The position involves outdoor work in heat and uneven terrain, driving to client homes, and supporting marketing efforts (5-Star review requests, door hangers, lawn signs, and community events). Training is provided to maintain certifications and expand product and pest-control knowledge, with opportunities for advancement to full-time. A flexible schedule with occasional weekend hours is available.
