Job Summary
Licensed mental health therapists sought to provide diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultation in-person at SNF/LTC facilities in Moses Lake, WA. Collaboration with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff; timely documentation in the Athena EMR; WA licensure as LICSW/LMFT/LP C required; NPI and Medicaid/Medicare credentialing a plus. Includes generous base salary with incentives, flexible scheduling, PTO, holidays, CEU support, and comprehensive benefits. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree
- WA licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare (PLUS)
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Vaccinations up-to-date or exemptions as required
- Spanish-fluency is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent written communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, organized, and able to function under stress
