Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned units, ensuring every patient receives direct and proper care. Analyze medical history, diagnostic results, and current conditions to develop individualized nursing care plans. Prepare nursing processes, including medication administration and treatments, while reconciling medical records for accuracy and compliance. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and identify additional needs to meet defined goals of care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for effective care planning. Requires an Associate degree in nursing with one year of RN experience and a valid NC or Compact state license. BLS certification required. Part-time schedule from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
