Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned units, ensuring every patient receives direct and proper care. Analyze patient information, including medical history and diagnostic results, to develop individualized nursing care plans. Prepare nursing processes such as medication administration and treatments, while reconciling medical records for accuracy and compliance. Evaluate patient response to interventions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning. Requires an Associate degree in nursing with one year of RN experience, plus a valid NC license and BLS certification. Schedule is part-time, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
