Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned units, ensuring every patient receives direct and proper care. Analyzes patient information, including medical history and diagnostic results, to develop individualized nursing care plans. Prepares nursing processes such as medication administration and treatments to provide comprehensive care. Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, one year of RN experience, and a valid North Carolina or Compact state license.
