Prepare and manage commercial loan legal documents to protect bank assets while collaborating with Relationship Managers. Responsibilities include risk mitigation within Mortgage Warehouse Lending, ensuring compliance and accuracy of executed documents, managing client requests, and supporting business operations with minimal supervision. The role demands strong puzzle-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience with legal documents and familiarity with First Horizon systems is preferred.
