Mortgage Underwriter 1

Review mortgage and home equity application documentation for accuracy and analyze borrower employment history, financials, credit reports, and assets to determine financing eligibility. Underwrite loans in accordance with Bank Policy, State and Federal laws, and partner organization guidance while identifying deficiencies to communicate with Loan Officers. Monitor personal pipeline to ensure files move timely and efficiently. Maintain high levels of service and professionalism internally with coworkers and externally with customers. Requires 1-2 years of lending or finance experience.
