Job Summary
Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements while managing daily loan activities of a small, high-performing Mortgage Loan Officer team. Prepare loan solutions, review documentation for compliance, and collect financial information for complex borrowers. Grow and develop an effective sales force to cover the Westside Los Angeles market, manage the pipeline for efficiency, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. This producing role includes salary and incentives, with a base range of $37,440 to $42,120.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- university / college degree
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
- appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role
- skills, competencies, work experience, education, and required certifications/licensures needed to be successful in this position
