Job Summary
Manage daily loan activities for a small, high-performing Mortgage Loan Officer team while recommending loan solutions that align with lending guidelines and client requirements. Prepare loan solutions, review documentation for compliance, and collect financial information for complex borrowers. Grow and develop an effective sales force to cover the Inland Empire/Riverside market, manage the team's pipeline for efficiency, and collaborate with stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. This producing role includes salary and incentives and requires a university degree or comparable experience. Candidates must possess knowledge of banking products, client prospecting, and sales competencies to succeed in this position.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- university / college degree

- skills, competencies, work experience, education, and required certifications/licensures needed to be successful in this position
- Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
