Job Summary
Develop and manage mortgage business by cultivating referral networks, building pipelines of new mortgage opportunities, guiding customers through mortgage applications and processing, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with branch teams. Build and expand the Bank’s presence through targeted marketing programs, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities to achieve sales and profitability goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Expert knowledge of self-management and teamwork, personal lending, relationship sales and management.
- Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
