Job Summary
Cultivate relationships with referral networks to build a pipeline of new mortgage business and increase BMO's share of the home financing market. Actively identify sales opportunities, refer clients to colleagues, and execute marketing programs to drive business results. Guide customers through application and processing activities, resolve issues to ensure timely fund advancement, and escalate complex matters to senior staff. Engage with the referral network to create strong relationships that generate referrals and mortgage originations for clients requiring real estate lending solutions. This role focuses on building a pipeline of new mortgage business and increasing BMO's share of the home financing market.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
