Mortgage Specialist Associate

Cultivate and manage relationships with a referral network to build a pipeline of new mortgage business and increase BMO's share of the home financing market. Actively identify sales opportunities, refer clients to colleagues, and execute marketing programs to drive results. Input and mitigate credit applications in coordination with partners and customers to ensure documentation meets terms, while monitoring approved financing applications to coordinate required documentation collection. Provide administrative support by maintaining a database of third-party referral sources and customers, including developing a marketing calendar and preparing updated rate sheets. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues, escalating complex matters, and ensuring funds are advanced in a timely manner. Analyze data to provide insights, format reports, and track metrics for strategic initiatives. Complete all transactions in compliance with guidelines, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
