Job Summary
Manage mortgage fulfillment by inputting and mitigating credit applications, coordinating documentation collection, and resolving issues to ensure timely fund advances. Cultivate referral networks by engaging third-party sources, maintaining marketing calendars, and distributing rate sheets to drive business pipeline growth. Execute pre- and post-sales activities while delivering exceptional customer service through responsive problem-solving and accurate data documentation. Analyze trends to provide insights and support strategic initiatives within BMO's retail banking sales and service team.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Certification in related field of study
