Job Summary
Executive Director leads risk management for Mortgage Servicing Rights in Home Lending Risk, overseeing MSR acquisitions and portfolio risk, supporting credit opportunities, due diligence, and structuring transactions, while coordinating with analytics and loss-forecasting teams to assess risk-return tradeoffs and monitor performance. Must have a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in risk/capital markets-related oversight, strong communications, and proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, SAS).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in Risk Management, Capital Markets or related oversight functions in the financial services industry
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and build partnerships
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
- Analytical and quantitative skills, critical thinking, investigative problem-solving and balanced decision making
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, SAS
