Job Summary
Train and supervise Mortgage Loan Originator Assistants to support loan origination tasks throughout the entire process. Mentor LOAs on customer communication to ensure a seamless experience while assisting Mortgage Loan Originators with technology and daily needs. Manage the daily pipeline to drive quality, efficiency, and timely loan delivery by reviewing quality expectations and tracking decision dates and rate lock expirations. Onboard new associates on policy, procedures, the Loan Operating System, and credit bureau software for scenario pulls and report reissuance. Measure individual results through sales scorecards, maintain CRM relationships for marketing materials, and guide MLOs on error resolution and file restructuring. Communicate regularly with mortgage leadership on origination activities and problems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years' experience in mortgage banking, or mortgage lending environment, preferably working with Sales or in a Sales Capacity
- S.A.F.E registration at the time of employment
- current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
